What makes ilo different?
ilo was designed by a dental hygienist to make flossing feel less like a chore and more like a daily ritual. Our expanding fiber floss is thoughtfully made for comfort, durability, and an elevated everyday experience.
What is expanding fiber floss?
As you floss, the fibers gently expand to increase surface contact between your teeth. This helps sweep away plaque while remaining soft and comfortable.
Is ilo good for tight teeth?
Yes. ilo was specifically designed to glide comfortably through tight contacts while expanding once between the teeth for a more effective clean.
Is the floss shred-resistant?
Yes. Our woven nylon fibers are designed to resist shredding and fraying during normal use.
Is ilo vegan?
Yes. ilo is coated with vegan wax and infused with coconut oil.
Is ilo PFAS & BPA free?
Yes. ilo is PFAS-free and BPA-free.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our paper packaging is recyclable.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?

USAGE
How often should I floss?
We recommend flossing once every day as part of your daily oral care routine.
Can I reuse floss?
No. For the best hygiene and effectiveness, use a fresh section of floss each time you floss.
Is ilo safe for sensitive gums?
Yes. When used gently, ilo is designed to be comfortable for daily use. If you have ongoing pain or bleeding, we recommend visiting your dentist or dental hygienist.
